Shipping policy

All items purchased from a drop or through our website will ship within one week of the purchase date.

All custom orders are made to order. These items are hand-strung and will ship within 1–4 weeks of purchase.

We offer Economy and Standard Shipping. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include processing time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, shipping method, and delivery location.

EM Jewelry Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier regarding delivery issues.

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout. EM Jewelry Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
